Effective on the dates indicated below, HCL will withdraw select product versions of HCL Sametime from marketing and support as outlined in this announcement. Existing customers will have the option to renew their software subscription and support (S&S) on the replacement product listed in the table below and all customers are encouraged to make this transition. At the End of Support Effective Date, all customer software subscription and support will automatically be transferred to the replacement product as described in the table below. Please note that Sametime Premium only includes entitlement to Sametime v11.5 or later. As of the End of Support Effective Date, version 9.0 of Sametime Complete, Conference, and Communicate will no longer be supported, and there will be no updates or fixes made available after that date.
