Engage 2020 conference is coming. The agenda is out.

Engage.ug is coming. This year’s Engage Conference, which will be held in Arnhem, The Netherlands, is starting almost in a month (on March 3 and 4).

The main organizer Theo Heselmans is able to surprise every year the environment where the conference takes place. Even this time, it will certainly be an amazing experience at Burgers’ Zoo.

The agenda was published today. It will be over 80 sessions and if I count well, 38 of my colleagues HCL Master and HCL Grandmaster will introduce themselves. Awesome!

I am looking forward to all sessions and I will try to bring information on my blog and Twitter.

See you in Arnhem!

Engage 2019 – Summary

How to start? Simply. Great place, great program, great news, great weather …. but only two days 😉

After a year I went to the Engage conference again. It was my first visit to Brussels and because I knew that the program would be difficult, I started a little earlier, studied the guidebook of Brussels and during Monday he could see the most important places like Square Grand-Place, Manneken-Pis,The Royal Palace, Brussels Park, buildings of the Parlamentarium, the European Parliament and the European Commission, Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert, a lot chocolate and truffle shops, waffles, but most of all I was looking forward to the Parc du Cinquantenaire and Autoworld where the conference took place.

After a long drive, it was added a 15 km walk. Completely destroyed, but beer with Czech friends Jan Krejcarek and Martin Pradny and for the assistance of Oliver Busse was a great medicine for a tired body.

The conference could begin…..

The absolute amazing place of the museum of cars captivated me.

Already before the conference, I prepared a list of tracks using a mobile application created by Paul Harrison.

I am not a developer and so I was especially interested in news about Domino / Notes 11, mobile applications, HCL partner program, etc.

The conference was opened by Theo Heselmans. Thanks to him and his wife for organizing such an event. It had to be a lot of work. Big THANKS again!

During the introductory Keynote I got a big surprise when I enjoyed a few seconds of fame in the presentation of MarvelClient Upgrade by Florian Vogler – CEO Panagenda.

More than 80 sessions started after Speed Sponsoring
Note: The great performance of the girls Sharon James and Stephanie Heit from BCC.

Others

  • many interesting Round Tables
  • IBM Champions become HCL Masters
  • I met a lot of people “live”. Not only on social networks.

It was much, much more. We have to absorb all this information.

Although very tired, I got into the car right after the conference and repeated (next 11 hours) the experiences of amazing conference.

I’m already looking forward to next year……..
