When installing HCL Sametime Connect 12.0 client on Windows and Mac platforms, the install does not complete and the following error is reported:

Unexpected results have occurred during the provisioning operation
For additional information, please refer to the logs: C:\user\username\AppData\Roaming\HCL\Sametime\logs
