Since Notes 12, you can use full or partial replication based on network bandwidth. All you need is the client settings notes.ini
Use this parameter: NetworkSpeedInMbps=value, where value is the network speed in megabytes per second (Mbps) at which to enable partial replication.
For example, to enable partial replication on the Notes client when the network speed falls below 8 Mbps, specify networkSpeedInMbps=8.
This feature is supported on Windows and Mac OS clients.
