#Description
HAW-2106Truncated message does not retrieve if the preview / reading pane is off
HAW-2006Improvements to Rich Text formatting and retention for Chair and invitees for Meetings and Appointment. For best results,  set format in Outlook to HTML under File > Options > Mail > Compose Messages in this format > HTML
HAW-2095Followup fix for HAW-2063 fixed in HTMO 3.0.5. Verbose Logging will be changed to INFO from Verbose for additional cases, but only when uninstalling HTMO 3.0.7 and above, prior to re-installing
HAW-2097New Warning – If a message exceeds the Traveler message size limit, message will remain in Outbox, but now the HTMO client will provide a warning message alerting users to this.  Prior to this fix, there would be no warning and the message would simply remain in the outbox.  User can edit message to get below message size limit, and the message will send. Message will appear once per session. (Default message size limit is 25mb including encoding, which ends up being ~15MB)
HAW-2115Dynamically check Traveler Message size limit, and enforce on HTMO client.  If Traveler server is set for a lower limit than 25mb, the HTMO client will follow that for message size limit warning covered in HAW-2097
HAW-2133Delegate Account cannot sync if mailfile name contains DBCS (Double-Byte Character Set) characters
