In order to provide the best product experience to our customers, HCL will no longer provide fixes for any HCL Notes Domino or HCL Sametime offering (including version 9.0.x, 10.0.x and 11.0.x) running on Windows 7 starting from 1 August 2020.
For customers that are still running Sametime, Notes, Designer, Client Application Access or Admin Client on Windows 7, customers can continue submitting inquiries via the HCL Support system. However, any defect or issues that are specific to Windows 7 will not be fixed after August 1, 2020.
If the same problem is reproducible on Windows 10 or higher, it will be addressed and fixes will be provided as usual. HCL recommends all customers to upgrade to a latest supported version of Microsoft’s Windows OS.
