HCL Sametime Premium v11.5.x End of Market and End of Support

HCLSoftware announces the following product lifecycle updates for HCL Sametime Premium v11.5.x.

Details are as follows: 

  • End of Market (EOM) – HCLSoftware will remove the download packages for this product version from the My HCLSoftware Portal, effective January 31, 2025.   
  • End of Support (EOS) – HCLSoftware will cease providing support for this version effective June 26, 2025. Customers with current active entitlements will continue to have access to the most recent software Sametime versions to support their ongoing customer upgrades. 
  • Extended Support – HCLSoftware will not be offering extended support for HCL Sametime Premium v11.5.x.
  • There is no change to the existing product part numbers.
