What should appear in VOP 1.0.9?

At the same time the plans for Verse 1.0.10 were mentioned, which of course can change.

- Preview events contained in ICS file prior to importing file
- Create a meeting that is 24-hours or longer
- More Calendar Event Form UI improvements
- Send mail on delayed basis
