Many users have a problem with synchronization contacts in Verse after the August upgrade of Samsung mobile devices. It has been described in this article. Samsung has not yet released a fix, but HCL has included a workaround in the current November update.
This workaround is being deployed to production users at this time and will be generally available for all users by Friday November 19th in our November 2021 (12.0.5) release of HCL Verse.

There’s no workaround to get this fixed. We simply have to wait for Samsung to come up with a fix. Bloody annoying. I don’t even know when my own mother is calling me now.
