I have created the first version of a detailed installation guide for HCL Sametime 12.0.x for Windows without using containers. This is a guide to basic installation and configuration so that you can easily and quickly start testing Sametime.

Try: Preferences/Sametime/Server Communities. select your community and on the tab Options and check the options “Use this server for awareness status lookup” and “Use canonical names for status lookup”.

LTPA keys are created by WebSphere Application server.
The easiest way to create one is to use docker, run an instance of WAS Liberty server and get the keys from there. Is documented here: https://help.hcl-software.com/sametime/v1203/admin/ltpa_generate_key.html
