Many users have a problem with synchronization contacts in Verse after the August upgrade of Samsung mobile devices. It has been described in this article. Samsung has not yet released a fix, but HCL has included a workaround in the current November update.

This workaround is being deployed to production users at this time and will be generally available for all users by Friday November 19th in our November 2021 (12.0.5) release of HCL Verse.

    • Hello is it the same problem as I have which means the contacts in whatsapp are lost and you only have the number instead of the name after a while ? The only fix is desinstall /reinstall HCL Verse to have them again …. till they disapear again ? My Domino server is version 11. ist that the problem ?
