Given a list of mail databases, this tool will enable or disable all background agents in a database. This is done by editing the database property “Disable background agents for this database”.This tool leverages C API functions and allows you to edit a property that is not accessible via LotusScript.

Given a server name in your organization, this tool will gather your specified mail database attributes and create a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file to be opened and manipulated in spreadsheet format.

Remove Hide in Rich Text Field
When you save a Rich Text field that has hide-when formula, the said formula gets saved and retained along with the document. This tool removes the hide-when event of the specified Rich Text field in a document.
Change DB Replica ID
This tool can be used for copying the archived or backup (source) database replica ID and setting it to the production (target) database’s replica ID.
Copy Calendar Entries
This tool copies the specified calendar entry/entries from a mail backup copy to a mail production copy.
Delete Users Mail Document
This tool will remove a particular mail document based on the UNID on selected multiple users.
Send Notes.ini Settings Changes to Users
This tool sends the Notes.ini settings changes to client users to apply. The tool looks at the Calendar Profile document for the selected database to get the mail database owner. This tool is used where Changing these settings via policies is not an option (a. either not working or b. policies takes longer to get pushed down and the customer needed the chages asap).
